In John 6:64-71 we see that many of the followers of Christ were only following for gain in this lifetime and when it became clear that Christ was not going to overturn Rome and feed them all the time, they lost interest. What about us today? Are we dedicated to following Christ no matter the price or do we only go to church for the benefits? Friend, it’s time for us to take our relationship with Christ seriously and follow Him no matter the cost!
