The greatest battle of the world is yet to come. Revelation 19:17-21 and other passages of scripture speak of this end times battle as the world come to battle against Jesus Christ.
Will we rob God? We all of course respond no! Yet how many of us do? This was an issue for Israel in Malachi 3:8-12 and it’s an issue for us today – we must prioritize God and invest in the eternal!
Joshua, the leader of the Israelites at the time of Joshua 24:14-15, had a choice to make. His decision was that regardless of what the nation around him did, he and his family would serve the Lord. Will we make the same stand?

Matthew 6:19-34 serve as a great reminder of our need to keep our priorities straight all the way down to the pocket book. We must remember that God gave us all that we have and without Him there is nothing.
As we realize the crowns we can earn as followers of Christ – are we working toward that end? 2 Thessalonians 3 speaks of these rewards as we look toward our Lord’s return.
Sowing can be difficult, but if we’re faithful in sowing for God, we will one day reap with rejoicing! Psalm 126 reminds us of many practical truths as we seek to sow the Word of God!
What a difference we can make when we live for Jesus! In 1 Kings 17:1-7, Elijah made a difference as he learned to obey the Word of God and confront wicked king Ahab. As we go through our Christian walk, who are we focused on pleasing – God or man?
As we study 1 Thessalonians 1-2, we look forward to the return of Christ and our desire to live well for Him in the meantime.
