We can all fail in the time of temptation and we must learn the devices of Satan so that Satan does not gain the advantage on us, as warned about in 2 Corinthians 2:10-11. Understand the temptations, understand the methods, understand the compromise, see it God’s way and live for Him!
When we face temptation, God has promised that He is there with us. In James 1 we see that He will provide a way out when we lean upon Him and don’t depend upon our own strength.
Temptations are common, but God is faithful when we turn to him. He is able and willing to deliver us, but we must turn to him. 1 Corinthians 10:13 serves as the great reminder of what can be done when we seek God in the temptation.
